2012, week 49 and 50

2012, week 49 and 50

Not much has happened in the last two weeks. Most of my time has been occupied with studying for my exams. My christmas calender was very nice last week, mostly eye make-up and a little lip and body. This week it was most lip, and a little eye, but I’m not that much into lipstick, and the like, so this week was kind of boring in that regard.

Monday I failed one of my exams, so I have to take it again in January (stupid economics). Thursday was a written exam in modelling and analysis of sustainable energy systems, but I feel like I passed it so I keep my fingers crossed.

Friday I was at a christmas dinner with my work colleagues in a Michelin restaurant in Copenhagen. The food was very nice (no surprice there) and the waiter was a fun fellow with a good spirit. I went there with my parents and little brother (we all work at the same firm) where my brother drove us to and from the restaurant, since he couldn’t drink anyway because he had a shift at the firestation the next day. When we went home My stepdad fell ill and collapsed when we got into my parents house, so my mom called an ambulance and he got a trip to the hospital, but they couldn’t fine anything seriously wrong, so he got sent home again the same night, and he’s fine now (though he had some nasty hangover the nex day, even though he’s blood alcohol content was not that high)
On my way to christmas dinner!
Today my boyfriend and I took with his family to a manor to cut down their christmas tree on the field where they where grown. Afterwards we went into the manor and drank some hot cocoa and “glögg” and ate some cookies and “æbleskiver”.

Next week I have my last exam on Friday and then I don’t have any school until February 4th, I think. My birthday is next sunday, the 23rd of December where my big brother and I will celebrate our birthdays (his is the 26th) with our family. After that we will probably drive home to our parents to stay for christmas.
